I stopped drinking entirely. My last glass of wine was December 31, 2015. What surprised me most wasn’t discipline, but the return of my inner strength. Without numbing or pushing, my clarity and will came back naturally.
I began sleeping deeply again. I’ve lived with anxiety and stress for years, and restful sleep felt out of reach. As I stayed consistent with the Femme Flow List, my nervous system softened and my sleep became peaceful and restorative.
My relationship with my body and presence changed. As a stay at home mother, I had fallen into living in yoga pants or pajamas. Through Femme Flow, I realized how much my Frenchie needed beauty and intention. Now I dress every morning. Scarves, earrings, heels. It shifts my energy immediately.
