Today I want to share something Tara and I talk about often.
It’s a simple idea, yet it’s helped us call more of what we want into our lives.
Before I jump into today’s message, I have an update on Moi.
In case you missed yesterday’s email, I created a new video, and I’d love for you to check it out.

Moi is a 9-module live program that Tara will teach in early April.
She’ll guide you on an enlightening journey across realms of love, intimacy, money, relationships, purpose, and your legacy to fall in love with yourself and your life.
Loving ourselves more fully is about as important as it gets. It’s why we’re here.
The price goes up $200 on Monday, so if you’re interested, now’s a great time to join.
OK. Now back to our regularly scheduled program…
This simple idea that Tara and I focus on helps us manifest more of what we want in our lives.
It’s not necessarily a secret. You probably have heard of it.
But it’s powerful. And a reminder is always helpful. Tara reminds me often.
I’m a slow learner:)
The concept is…
You’ll find what you’re looking for.
If you go into specific situations looking for an outcome or a feeling, more often than not, you’ll find it.
In high school, I had some crazy friends.
A few of them liked to fight.
Every weekend, by a stroke of magic, these friends would fight with kids from neighboring towns.
Without fail, every weekend, there were fights!
They were looking for it. And they found what they were looking for.
Obviously, this is an extreme example.
But it works with feelings. It works with ideologies. It works with upset.
It works with opportunities. It works with love.
It’s tied into expectation as well, which can be dicey.
If you expect to be treated poorly by someone, you will be defensive and on edge when you’re around them.
You’re more likely to create a situation where the other person treats you poorly because you came into it with that expectation.
I have to consider “finding what I’m looking for” often.
If I’m looking to be uplifted and feel positive…
Then I need to stop looking on Twitter, FB, and the news.
If you go to any of those places, I guarantee you’ll find people & topics that upset you. That’s where they live.
I need to keep working on “what I’m looking for.”
I’ve had a habit of looking for reasons why things won’t work. Why things aren’t a good idea etc.
I’m working on having a half-full mentality.
I’m appreciative of having Tara in my life.
She’s great at reminding me to look for what I want. Not what I don’t.
So today’s homework for you (and me) is to only look for what we want.
Look for more love. Look for better health. Look for more prosperity. Look for kindness.
Once again, we find ourselves at the end of a long email.
If you’re here, I’m grateful.
I’m looking for more of that energy. More of that commitment to excellence.
Thanks for being here.
Be good.
Dave “half-full” Marino
PS. Look for what you want to find. Recognize any negativity you might be looking for.
I’ll see you tomorrow.
