Bonjour...I'm Tara

Do you find yourself being addicted to adrenaline and feeling anxious? This is something that has come up for me, and it’s been quite intense. Today’s episode is a bit of a vulnerable one, as feeling anxiety is something that I don’t even want to admit to myself, but I think it’s important to talk about and bring into the open today on the podcast.

In this potent episode, you’ll hear:

  • More on how I’ve been feeling about excess, overflow and anxiety, and why I want to share more with you today on this [5:20]
  • A look at excess and overflow from each of the FemmeType’s perspectives [7:50]
  • Some things you can do to help you feel more comfortable with excess and overflow, while supporting each of your FemmeTypes [11:38]
  • Why holding on, sustaining or just managing isn’t what we want to do as we live our Beautiful Soul-Led Lives [13:32]

My intention for this episode is that it helps you slow down and reflect on your current relationship with excess and overflow. Are you committed and devoted to gifting yourself permission to feel powerful, safe and to trust yourself with excess and overflow? I’m here to tell you that it is absolutely possible for you to transform your anxiety into excess and overflow, and I hope what I share today allows you to do just that.

If this conversation fuels you, I want to share that we are having our final chapter, our last Elegant Femme live event at the end of November. It will be a beautiful, intimate and gorgeous event on a private estate in Scottsdale, Arizona, and this event is intentionally created to set the stage for you to move into your Beautiful Soul-Led Life, and the bigness of your desires. I would love to hear what resonated the most with you from this episode and what your own heartfelt next desire is. You can send me a DM on Instagram, or tag me @elegantfemme1 and don’t forget to follow our new account on Instagram, @elegantfemme.ef!

Quotes:

“When we identify with something, when we are good at something, when we and others have known us in some way, when we choose to close a chapter, it can bring up a lot.” [3:03]

“One of the ways, one of the things, one of the energies I’ve become aware of that seems to, in the past, trigger this feeling of anxiety, is when I move into excess and overflow.” [6:45]

“Depending on how you were raised, depending on what kind of experience you’ve had in the physical world around excess and overflow in these areas, a lot of things can show up.” [8:57]

“It’s so fascinating to me that we can sometimes be more comfortable there, and that we can sometimes have less anxiety in the feeling of not enough than we do when it starts to overflow and there starts to be excess.” [11:38]

“It’s not about holding on and sustaining, because you can feel that. When we try to hold on, sustain or manage, we immediately contract, we immediately constrict. It’s the exact opposite of excess and overflow.” [13:32]
